Welcome to Linkuid. When we say ”company”, “we”, “our”, “us”, ”service” or ”services” in this document, we are referring to the website and online service provided by André Filipe Pereira Rodrigues.
By accessing or using the service, or by clicking a button or checking a box marked “I have read and agree” (or something similar), you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and to the collection, storage, use and disclosure of your information as set forth in our Privacy Policy, whether or not you are a registered user of our service. You represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these terms on behalf of yourself or the entity that you represent.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this service.
We may not enforce rights, but that doesn't mean we're waiving them. These terms do contain a limitation of our liability.
These terms may be updated at any time. Significant changes will go into effect 30 days following such notification. Non-material changes or clarifications will take effect immediately. We'll update the 'last updated' date in this document, and when we make significant changes, we'll also inform you via e-mail. You are responsible for providing us with your most current e-mail address. In the event that the last e-mail address that you have provided us is not valid, or for any reason is not capable of delivering to you the notice described above, our dispatch of the e-mail containing such notice will nonetheless constitute effective notice of the changes described in the notice.

In order to use the service you must register for an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Linkuid cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use, or suspected unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above requirements.
You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account, even by other users who have their own logins under your account.
You must provide your legal full name and a valid email address to create an account.
You must be a human. Accounts registered by bots or other automated methods are not permitted.
You may cancel your account at any time by sending a cancellation request to us at support@linkuid.net, which we will try to fulfill within a reasonable time.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the service for any reason at any time. Violation of any of the terms may result in the termination of your account. Such termination of the service will result in the deletion of your account and data.
Verbal, physical, written or other abuse (including threats of abuse or retribution) of any service customer, company employee or officer may result in immediate account termination.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Our service allows users to collect, upload, transmit, display, provide access to or otherwise make available data such as profile information, source code, software, configuration files, data files, logs, and other content or information.
You are solely responsible for any data or material that you submit, publish, transmit, email, or display on, through, or with the service. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the service. All your data remains yours. You own all right, title, and interest to your data. We obtain no rights from you to your data. We will never sell or share your data to any third-parties. You agree that Linkuid may process your data as described in this document and for no other purpose.
You may not represent or imply to others that your data is in any way provided, sponsored or endorsed by Linkuid.
We are not obligated to backup any of your data, and it may be deleted at any time without prior notice.

We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to review, refuse and/or remove any data in our sole discretion, and to investigate and/or take appropriate action against you in our sole discretion if you violate any provision of these terms or otherwise create liability for us or any other person.
Your account has usage limits. Linkuid does not permit you to exceed the limits. Linkuid reserves the right to enforce limits in its sole discretion, which may result in Linkuid serving a "Usage limit reached" page to you or users to whom you serve web pages. Repeated exceeding of the usage limits may lead to termination of your account.
You entrust us with your data and we take that trust to heart.
We take many measures to protect and secure your data through encryption, backups, secure coding practices, and by following other industry best practices. We use servers specifically to store your applications' source code and run your systems, and we don't share servers across accounts. Other type of information may be stored and processed together with other accounts. We try hard to limit external services that we use and none of them have access to any of your data. No third-party vendors are involved other than the hosting company that owns the servers where the data is stored and processed. You can see more information in our Security page.
Each party agrees to handle the other party’s data in accordance with (i) all applicable laws; and (ii) privacy and security measures reasonably adequate to preserve the other party data’s confidentiality and security.
You need to pay to use our services. They are purchased as a subscription for the terms stated in our website at the time of the account creation. Except where explicitly indicated otherwise, prices shown on our website exclude any taxes that might be applicable in your jurisdiction.
The billing cycle begins when you create an account, lasts for 1 month, and renews automatically. When the billing cycle ends we send you an invoice which includes our fees and all taxes imposed by taxing authorities to the email address on record. We will collect all taxes on behalf of taxing authorities and remit those taxes to them. The payment collection is handled by our payment provider Revolut.
Payment obligations are non-cancellable and fees paid are non-refundable.
When you don't pay, we reserve the right to suspend your account until you do. After some time we may decide to terminate your account. Such termination of the service will result in the deletion of your account and data.
You are allowed to change the number of environments allowed in your account. If you would like to change the number of environments, please send a request to support@linkuid.net. We calculate our fees using the daily cost of an environment times the highest number of active environments available to you on each day of the billing cycle.
You may cancel your account at any time. After we process your cancellation request we will charge you pro-rata to the duration of the ongoing billing cycle. We will not charge you for any services from that time onwards.
Sometimes we change the pricing structure for our products. We may choose to change the prices for existing customers. If we do so, we will give at least 30 days notice and will notify you via the email address on record. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any price change of the service.
We reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any part of the service with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the service.
Technical support may be provided by email, phone call, video call, and in person. Responses are provided on the reasonable effort basis without guaranteed response time. We try to be available from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Portugal time.
We can access your data to help you with support requests you make and to maintain and safeguard Linkuid to ensure the security of your data and the service as a whole.
Your use of Linkuid is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We try to make our services available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except for (i) planned downtime (of which we shall give an electronic notice in advance); and (ii) any unavailability caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
You may not use our service for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction. You agree to comply with all applicable laws including all privacy and data protection regulations.
We design our services with care, based on our own experience and the experiences of customers who share their time and feedback. However, we make no guarantees that our services will meet your specific requirements or expectations.
We test all of our features before shipping them. As with any software, our services inevitably have some bugs. We track the bugs reported to us and work through priority ones, especially any related to security or privacy. Not all reported bugs will get fixed and we don’t guarantee completely error-free services.
You may provide us with feedback, suggestions, and ideas about the service. You agree that we own all rights to use and incorporate the feedback you provide in any way, including in future enhancements and modifications to the service, without payment or attribution to you. You agree that you will not submit to us any information or ideas that you consider to be confidential or proprietary.
You grant us the right to use your company's name and logo as a reference for marketing and promotional purposes on our website and in other public or private communications with existing or potential customers, subject to your standard trademark usage guidelines as provided to us from time to time.
We use third-party vendors to provide the necessary hardware, storage and related technology required to run the service. You can see more information about our subprocessors in our Privacy Policy.

Linkuid, the Linkuid logo and any other product or service name or slogan displayed on the service are trademarks of the company and may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of the company or the applicable trademark holder.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the service, use of the service, or access to the service without the express written permission by the company.

There might be instances when a dispute arises between you and us. If that occurs, we are to working with you to reach a reasonable resolution. We both agree that good faith informal efforts to resolve disputes can result in a prompt, low‐cost and mutually beneficial outcome. We both therefore agree that before either party commences arbitration against the other (or initiates an action in small claims court if a party so elects), we will personally meet and confer telephonically or via videoconference, in a good faith effort to resolve informally any dispute covered by this agreement. If you are represented by counsel, your counsel may participate in the conference, but you will also participate in the conference.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Linkuid and our affiliates, and our respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from:
