At Linkuid we are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, use, and disclose information you provide to us and to assist you in making informed decisions when using our service. When we say ”company”, “we”, “our”, “us”, ”service” or ”services” in this document, we are referring to the website and online service provided by André Filipe Pereira Rodrigues.

Information we collect

Our guiding principle is to collect only what we need and that we will solely process this information to provide you with the service you signed up for.

We may collect, store, use, and disclose the following categories of information:

  1. Your name, email address, phone number, profile photo and communications with us;
  2. Technical information when you visit our service including your browsing activity, persistent first party cookie to remember you're logged in, IP address, details about the device you use, the time and date of access, and other information that does not personally identify you;
  3. Source code, software, configuration files, data files, and other content or information you provide us in order to run your systems;
  4. Data files, logs, and other content or information produced when running your systems;
  5. Credit card number, credit card expiration date, credit card CVC number, and other information related with payment processing.

Some of this information may not be directly collected by us but by a third-party which is qualified to collect and process that type of information.

How we collect information

We collect information on you in the following ways:

  1. Information collected through the use of the service. This information is provided automatically by your web browser when you visit our services. We do not use any browser technology to track users.

In the event that any information under our control is compromised as a result of a breach of security, we will take reasonable steps to investigate the situation and, where appropriate, notify those individuals whose information may have been compromised and take other steps, in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations.

Your rights to your information

You can stop receiving promotional email communications from us by clicking on the “unsubscribe link” provided in such communications. You may not opt out of service-related communications (e.g., account verification, transactional communications, changes to features of the service, technical and security notices, changes to policies).

You have the right to access and update information we hold about you. You can do this by logging into your account settings and making the necessary changes.

We will retain your information as long as your account is active, as necessary to provide you with the services or as otherwise set forth in this policy. You can choose to delete your account at any time. Your data will be permanently deleted immediately when we delete your account. We may not be able to remove all data in order to comply with our legal obligations.

Children's Privacy

This service is not directed to anyone under the age of 18. The service does not knowingly collect or solicit information from anyone under the age of 18, or allow anyone under the age of 18 to sign up for the service. In the event that we learn that we have gathered personal information from anyone under the age of 18 without the consent of a parent or guardian, we will delete that information as soon as possible.
